This conference in the Canadian Maritimes has been held each July since 1991. The focus of the weekend is based on the concepts found in the Edgar Cayce readings and related philosophies, for the purpose of fellowship, education and spiritual growth.

This annual event is presented by a volunteer committee dedicated to helping seekers find paths that lead to a more fulfilling life — physically, mentally and spiritually. Topics presented over the years have included Dreams, Reincarnation, Death & Dying, Numerology, and various aspects of holistic healing.

Edgar Cayce Canada’s Youth and Adult Outdoor Retreat is held annually on Peninsula Lake in  beautiful Muskoka

The program

The Portage Inn

This annual summer retreat celebrates the Cayce experience, the fellowship of like-minded individuals and families for four days and three nights on the grounds of the historic Portage Inn owned by the authors of Edgar Cayce, An American Prophet, Sidney and Nancy Kirkpatrick. The lovely waterfront property is located on five acres and includes a quaint old Inn, a guest chalet and lots of open space. The spacious grounds slope down towards the lake with several large flat areas for activities.

The retreat features short evening lectures by top Cayce speakers, communal dinners in the Inn, nightly bonfires, sing-a-longs and a wide range of youth and adult activities. Musical instruments are welcomed.
