To renew by postal mail, please print out the following form and mail it with your payment to the address shown below.
This Membership Renewal Application is intended to be printed and mailed to the address below, accompanied by cheque, money order or credit card information. If you are paying by credit card, you may also apply by telephone through calling our toll-free line at (1-866-322-8209). The membership fee (in Canadian dollars) is $29.00 for one year or $49.00 for two years.
